This was my first time making it to the lavender festival and I had a great time! The location is nice and big enough to accommodate large crowds. The on stage entertainment was great and there was a lovely selection of vendors. Some Super delicious food options too! And of course plenty of lavender products. I can't wait to go again next year.
So first things first. Google map will lead you to the handicap parking which is NOT the general parking so be prepared to be redirected to the main parking lot up front (that was kinda confusing) …
Hadn't been to the Lavender Festival for many years. Wow has it changed! We went early on the first day to the Craft Fair at the park. Not too crowded yet, easy street parking, and lots and lots of booths! …
I am giving one star because of a toffee vendor that was extremely rude. We did complain to the event manager and they apologized. We had asked about allergens in his toffee and he said “how am I supposed to know”. Cursed at us and told us to leave. it was petes toffee
The festival had more booths than I expected but not very many choices for food. There's a good deal of free parking available and it's just a short walk to the festival. The people there were all very nice. A lot of local crafts there. It …
Not much "lavendar" to see here, but it was nice to walk around and see what each person had to sell. The park hosted live music with different types of food vendors. …
We went here in the first week of August 2020. The Lavender was still in full bloom with such fragrance. We visited the B and B family farm. You could cut your own lavender and there were other lavender products in the store. A great 2 hour drive from Seattle but a 1-2 hour wait for the ferry ride from Edmonds to Kingston.
Fun place to visit with family!
This was a nice day trip, traffic was really heavy. Just be sure to start driving before one in the afternoon. Most farms close at six which is when we finally made it there! (After stopping for a restroom and food break.)
One of the most unique open markets I've been to date. Lots of vendors but couldn't buy them all because some of the items would've been too fragile to handle the tour bus and ferry ride back to Canada. Still super happy I bought matching pair of engraved bands for an excellent price here.
